HereQ
Attendance and check-in for classes, exams and events — quick for participants, reliable for organizers.
Two ways to check in
Participants check in
Scan the class code on the screen, or use the nearby signal in the HereQ mobile app. One tap, and the server confirms the time.
Staff scan
Staff scan an ID card or a participant's HereQ pass, compare the person when required, and move straight to the next person.
Each session uses one of the two, or allows either — the first one creates the single record.
What a check-in record shows
HereQ records how each check-in was made: class code, nearby signal, staff scan or online code, with the server's time. A code or signal shows that someone had the current code; it is not proof of identity or of an exact location. Exams use a proctor who compares the person with their ID.
Sign-in uses your IO Patina account. HereQ never asks for a separate password.
